Dr. Thomas Egolf

Born 1953, Swiss citizen

Since 1997, Thomas Egolf is a partner at TAT Capital Partners AG, Oberrohrdorf, Switzerland, a venture capital company specialized in semiconductor technology. From 1993 to 1996, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Zevatech, Inc. (electronic assembly systems and semiconductor packaging technology), Raleigh (NC), United States, and from 1985 to 1991 he was delegate of the board of directors of Cellpack AG, Wohlen, Switzerland, 

a diversified technology company. For 10 years he served on the board of SEZ AG a listed Semiconductor Equipment company. He is Chairman of the Board of Actano AG, Zurich, Switzerland, Applied Sensors AB Linköping Sweden, and serves on the Board of Nextek, Inc., Huntsville (AL), United States.

Thomas Egolf holds a Ph.D. in chemistry and a degree in business administration from the University of Zurich, Switzerland.

Andreas Dill

Born 1954, Swiss citizen

Since joining OC Oerlikon Balzers AG, Balzers, Principality of Liechtenstein in 1998, Andreas Dill has served in a succession of senior management positions, including General Manager Wafer Processing Europe and Vice President Global Strategic Business Units. In July 2007 Andreas Dill took over the responsibility for the Business Unit Systems (manufacturing equipment for Semiconductors, Optical Disc and Advanced Nanotechnology)

at Oerlikon as a Senior Vice President.

Prior to joining OC Oerlikon Balzers AG, he held several positions with the Swiss company Zevatech AG ranging from Project Manager to General Manager and, finally, Corporate Vice President of Advanced Technology.

Andreas Dill holds a MEng in Electrical Engineering from the ETH Zurich, Switzerland (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology).

R. Brian Hanson

Born 1964, Canadian and US citizen

Brian Hanson is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ION Geophysical Corp. (NYSE: ION). Prior to joining ION in May 2006, Mr. Hanson served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Alliance Imaging, Inc., a NYSE-listed provider of diagnostic imaging services to hospitals and other healthcare providers, from July 2004 until November 2005. From 1998 to 2003, he held a variety of positions at Fisher Scientific

International Inc., a listed medical device company, including Chief Operating Officer from 2002 to 2003. From 1986 until 1998, Mr. Hanson served in various positions with Culligan Water Conditioning, most recently as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Hanson received a bachelors degree in engineering from the University of New Brunswick and an MBA degree from Concordia University in Montreal.

Dr. Thomas Lustenberger

Born 1951, Swiss citizen

Thomas Lustenberger is a partner in the internationally active law firm Meyer Lustenberger in Zurich, Switzerland. He is Chairman of the board of directors of Micronas Semiconductor Holding AG, Zurich, Switzerland, Allreal Holding AG, Baar, Switzerland, Calida Holding AG, Oberkirch, Switzerland, and member of the board of directors in other not

publicly listed companies. He also served for 10 years on the Board of SEZ AG a listed Semiconductor Equipment company.

Mr. Lustenberger holds a Ph. D. in law from the University of Bern, and an LL.M. from the University of Exeter, Great Britain, and the Harvard University, USA.

Ernst Odermatt

Born 1948, Swiss citizen

Until the end of 2005, Ernst Odermatt was CEO of the Oerlikon Contraves Group the reputed Swiss aerospace and defense company, in which capacity he served on the Executive Board of Rheinmetall DeTec AG, Duesseldorf, having held a number of management positions with Oerlikon Contraves since 1978. He is a member of the Board and of the Audit Committee of Daetwyler Holding AG. He was a member of the Board of

Metall Zug AG (until May 2008) and he acted as Chairman of the Board of V-ZUG AG until September 2007. He is a member in the Advisory Board of CGS Private Equity Partnership.  

Mr. Odermatt has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich and a degree in business administration from the University of Zurich.
