Plessey Semiconductors in the UK having previously spent some twenty years within GEC Marconi involved in Research, Design , Engineering and Manufacture principally for Microwave & RF products, starting his professional career within GEC Hirst Research Centre. Sean Neylon qualified from Imperial College of Science & Technology, London with a BSc Hons in Physics. |

Helmut Beck joined Colibrys in December 2001 after the spin off from CSEM as CFO of the company. Since late 2003 he is acting in addition to his role as CFO as Director HR. a broad experience from about twenty years of work in various finance functions with companies in the pharmaceutical and automotive industry and in the banking sector. Helmut Beck got a degree in Business Administration from the University of Stuttgart Germany after having accomplished his studies at the Universities of Stuttgart and Paris (Sorbonne). |

Don Stoops has been the VP Global Operations since April 2008. In addition, Don serves as EVP and General Manager for Colibrys, Inc. Don spent fifteen years in Executive Management positions within the semiconductor industry at Advanced Micro Devices and Cypress Semiconductor. In 1995 Don began his association with MEMS as COO of Microflow, Inc. the catalyst for Input / Output’s subsidiary Applied Mems which was purchased by Colibrys |
in 2004. Most recently Don has been coaching Executives and serving on business advisory boards in a wide range of industries. Don earned a BBA certificate in 1978 and subsequent MBA equivalent in 1980 while at SPI, a non-traditional business educational facitlity located in the San Francisco Bay area. |

Felix Rudolf has been our Chief Technical Officer since the creation of Colibrys. His key responsibilities are the alignment of the technology / product roadmaps with the business strategy, the coordination of R&D projects with external research organizations and the development of the IP Portfolio. Prior to founding Colibrys as a spin-off from CSEM , he had been involved for over 20 years in research and |
development of MEMS technologies and devices and in particular of accelerometers in the CSEM Microsystems Division. He started his work as a scientist, gradually evolved to managerial responsibilities and since 1996 has worked in his current role. joint in 1992 Micronas SA, a Swiss manufacturer of Semiconductors and Hybrid sensors, where she was responsible for all Logistics & Customer Services. Herma Klootsema studied at the law faculty of Groningen University in the Netherlands and worked for a tax lawyer firm for several years before coming to Switzerland in 1988. She completed her training as marketing technician at the Management Institute in Berne in 1992. |

Director Product Development Colibrys (Switzerland) Ltd : Patrick Debergh, 1957, Belgium

Patrick Debergh has been the Director of Product Development and member of the board of directors since the creation of Colibrys. Prior to founding the company he was the Engineering Manager within the Microsystems Manufacturing division of CSEM . His former profesional experience at CSEM was in the field of integrated optics for telecom applications, fiber sensors, micro-systems based on artificial retinas, DOEs (Diffractive Optical Elements) and Moems development. Before joining CSEM he was head of |
the development group of the company ARL SA (Applied Research Labs, former Bausch & Lomb) a manufacturer of industrial optical and X-ray spectrometers
He graduated in Physics at Ghent University in Belgium in 1979, specialized thereafter in surface analysis techniques in the crystallograhy lab of Ghent university (B). He then joined the IMT (Institute of Microtechniques) in Neuchâtel as a Research Scientist where he developed bi-refringent fiber optic force and pressure sensors. |

Arjun Selvakumar has been the VP of Product Development for Colibrys, Inc. since its creation in 2004. His key responsibilities are managing all aspects of the product development and engineering activities in Colibrys, USA.
Arjun Selvakumar has more than 16 years of MEMS experience spanning many engineering and managerial roles. He has previously held the role of MEMS R&D Manager with Applied MEMS Inc., and was responsible for all engineering and R&D functions covering MEMS products and foundry services. Prior to that, he held |
positions of increasing engineering levels for Input/Output, Inc. His primary areas of focus were single and multi-axis MEMS acceleration sensors and the design of products and technologies for foundry customers.
Arjun graduated from the University of Michigan with a Ph.D. and M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering with his Ph.D dissertation on MEMS sensors and technologies. He received his B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT, India. |

Jim Marsh has been VP of Operations for Colibrys Inc. since December 2004.
At the time of its’ acquisition by Colibrys, he was Director of Operations for Applied MEMS. With Applied MEMS he developed, installed, and advanced the operations infrastructure and organization as the company transitioned from development mode and early stage production to high volume mode. He also led the effort |
resulting in achieving ISO 9000/2000 certification in 2003. Prior to the Colibrys/Applied MEMS assignments, Jim Marsh held several operations and production engineering management positions in high volume IC manufacturing with Advanced Micro Devices and SONY Semiconductor.
Jim Marsh started his career after achieving a BS Degree in Chemistry from St. Mary’s University. |
